Rules

VAC/Game Bans

• 1 VAC or Game Ban allowed across all accounts.
• Any VAC or Game Ban must be over 6 months old (183 days).
• If you have multiple bans of different types, you will be banned. 1 VAC and 1 Game Ban is NOT allowed.
• There are absolutely NO exceptions to this rule. The answer will always be no so do not ask.

Noob Friendly rules

• No griefing.
  What Google says: 'Griefing' is a term used to describe when a player within a multiplayer online environment intentionally disrupts another player's game experience for his or her own personal enjoyment or gain.
  Applied to Rust and to our beginner friendly servers, griefing is when:
  • You prevent a player from expanding his base by placing Tool Cupboards close to it.
  • You raid a player and change the base’s structure by building and upgrading extra walls, floors etc. You can build whatever you want while you raid to be safe, but make sure that after you finish you are able to destroy everything you built extra. However, if the 10 minutes timer expires and you are no longer able to destroy the walls you placed, make sure to contact an admin, otherwise it will count as griefing and you will be banned.
  • You raid a player and you place keylocks/codelocks on his Tool Cupboard, doors etc. You can destroy Sleeping Bags, the Tool Cupboard and replace and lock the doors you destroyed to be safe while raiding, but make sure to unlock the doors or remove them completely after you’re done raiding.
  „Forgetting” to do that is considered griefing and you will be banned.
  • Base take-overs are not allowed. If you raided a player and, for example, you liked his base design, no, it cannot be yours.
  However, if you find a decaying base and have a fair idea that the owner will not come back, you can take over it.
• No door camping.
  Our definition for door camping is when a someone camps a player’s base/door with no intention to raid it. No matter if you stand above, next or 100m away from the base, if you’ve got no demolition tools and you’re there to wait until the player comes out to harass/kill him will get you kicked and eventually banned.
  • Just in general, not everyone that’s passing by your base or taking a quick look at it is door camping you. Do not insta-report when you hear steps next to your base.
  • Waiting for a player to get out of his base and gradually killing him as he opens more doors is not raiding, is still door camping.
  • If you come by a base and the owner gets out of it, you can kill him, but do not loot him, otherwise you will get reported and can get kicked/banned.
  • You are allowed to camp a base that is being raided.
• No fresh spawn killing.
  Before anything, fresh spawn doesn’t mean naked.
  A fresh spawn player is found in spawn areas and has no sash. While a naked can just come out of his base and/or he’s already estabilished, a fresh spawn most likely just joined the server.
  • Stone tools will also render the sash on the player, so be careful what you craft first.

Racism & Bigotry

• We have absolutely zero tolerance for any form of racism or bigotry. You can do whatever you like in your day to day lives, but it will not be tolerated on our servers.
• Don't type it, don't write/draw on a sign, and don't say it in voice chat. Admins spectate constantly and if we see it, you will be banned.
• Very rarely do we warn. By playing on our servers you are consenting to our rules and understand the consequences for not following them.

Disrespecting Staff & Players

• This is an online game and there will ALWAYS be trash talk going on. We get it. However, that doesn't mean you get to leave all of your morals at the door. Use common sense and do not go after other players or admins with personal attacks. You will be removed.
• If your friend broke the rules and was punished for it, don't try to argue with an admin about our decision. Go find a new server and accept the consequences for your actions.
• Be a decent human being. I know this is Rust, but there is no need to be an all around shitty person.
